This morning, Tuesday, October 1, 2024, the headquarters of the Commune of Mahbes hosted the regular council session for October 2024. The session was chaired by Mrs. Fatima Lahmami, President of the Council, in the presence of Mr. Ali Tamek, the leader of Mahbes, along with council members and employees of the commune administration.
During the session, several agenda items were discussed and deliberated, including:
– Review and approval of the Commune’s budget for the fiscal year 2025.
– Deliberation on a petition to the Minister of the Interior to increase the commune’s annual share of VAT for the fiscal year 2025.
– Deliberation on a petition to the Minister of the Interior for financial support to cover the deficit in the commune’s budget for the fiscal year 2025.
– Deliberation on a petition to the Director-General of Al Barid Bank to establish a branch in the center of Mahbes.
– Review and approval of a project agreement for funding and completing the repair of housing units in the Assa-Zag Province, as part of the state-funded new housing and urban development program.
– Review and approval of an agreement concerning the marketing of a housing program specifically for the territorial communes in the Assa-Zag Province as part of the new housing program.
All items were unanimously approved by the members present.
